– In ‘Find your true self’ and ‘Create your dream life’ the above perspectives are joined by eastern practices and spiritual approaches to heightening intuition and flow.
Who is this app suitable for?
If you suffer from mental illness or have experienced big trauma, we do not recommend that you work with the theme ‘Break patterns and heal wounds’, as this dives into memories and emotional responses. However, all other themes (‘Tackle limiting thoughts’, ‘Find your true self’ and ‘Create your dream life’) are suitable for all.
Can this app be combined with therapy?
Yes, we highly recommend combining the work in this app with session with your therapist! Between your session, you can use the features and methods in this app to gain clarity around issues and increase how often you do inner work.
How often do you recommend that the work is done?
Listen to your needs. If you are in a period when triggers or negative self-talk are common – then we recommend that you dive in and do the work once or several times a week. After that, a period of integration is normal, when the morning and evening meditations can help you stay connected to the change.
